• We've been looking for regular updates on the web and
they've been few and far between. What is going on?
-Well, I've been working pretty hard at my day job and doing
some freelance work on the side. It's been pretty busy.
I've also been hit with some personal losses, so it's taken
a little time to recover. Anyone who has experienced the
death of a loved one understands.
  • What direction are you planning to take this web site?
    - I'm hoping to spend more time re-creating more nose art
from WWII, Korean War, Viet Nam War, the Gulf War and
the current war. I've been pretty busy researching.
  • What problems are you having?
Mostly organization. It's hard for me to figure out where I
want to go with ideas, but I think I've finally got a direction.
I've been spending time painting as well along with learning how to handle acrylic mediums. Plus doing more drawing than normal. I've been out of touch with the fun side of artwork.
  • When will you start adding artwork to the
    Pin-Up pages?
I hope soon. I've been working on improving the illustration and photography. For once I want to
    make sure everyone says "wow."
  • Do you plan on doing anything that involves
    the current situation in Iraq?
Yes, I hope to have a Bomber Girl to represent
the soldiers out there in the field. I've had inquiries
from some of the troops, so I will work on that too.
  • When will you start selling more merchandise?
I hope that will be in a couple of months. It's been
difficult getting the quality I need, so I've had to
redo the art in order to match the medium more
    appropriately.

  • Will you ever have the Bomber Girls' nude photo's on the website?
No, I don't mind drawing them nude on the web site, and only because the nose art in those days were not always politically correct as it is today. Only in the form of art work. That is as far as I'll go. I want to make sure the artwork does have a certain "wow" factor involved. The mission is to keep
    it hot without being offensive.
  • But some people will be offended.
This is true. But I hope to recreate some of the historical nose art images and there were a lot of "nekkid"  images out there.
In fact, that is what got my attention when I was a kid.
  • We are at war in Iraq and Afghanistan, will you dedicate a Bomber Girl for us current service members? I guess you would have to find one for the women too.
Yes, I will do one for the 1st Air Calvary and one of
the girls will pose for a poster to represent all the armed serivces.
